22 July 2021 – German AI-based applications company EDI GmbH has entered into a collaboration with Dutch consultancy company Newness to offer combined value propositions to accelerate digital transformation by streamlining strategy, digitisation of processes and practical deployment of technologies like artificial intelligence, cloud technology, and data analytics.
The digital transformation enables companies to transform the way they do business, position themselves to take advantage of emerging opportunities and drive a digital transformation strategy that will carry them into the future. Data-driven and customer centric approach, digitised processes, new business models, and supply chain disruptions increase their competitiveness. EDI GmbH and Newness join forces to help customers achieve these goals and deliver on the objective of extending their positions in The Netherlands and Germany.

Hannover Messe 2019 - This year 5G takes the central stage
Hannover Messe 2019 is stage to latest innovations. This year 5G takes the central stage. 5G with real-time data transmission, high security and low energy consumption makes the IoT finally mobile and will find its way into industrial applications.
The application of machine learning and AI methods to industrial production and engineering design is in the highlight. You can see how the connectivity of machines, robots, cobots and edge devices makes it possible to collect and analyze data to create better processes, platforms for industrial intelligence and business models. Additive manufacturing processes are shown as becoming more commonplace in the factory environment.
Digital twins and smarty factory solutions are widely shown at the fair. These aim to increase the productivity and flexibility of manufacturing. While the attention has been mainly on machinery and the networking of machines so far, there is increasing awareness to focus on the workers for the success of digital transition.
Smart mobility cannot be missed at Hannover Messe with the Flying Car of PAL-V.

Nur America gave a lecture “Need for innovation and collaboration in digital transformation era” at the Inauguration event at Grooa Inspiria Learning Center. The digital transition brings both big challenges and new opportunities. Digital transformation involves developing digital capabilities, digitization of core business and moving to digital data-driven offerings and business models to create enhanced customer experiences. These innovations, to deliver what the customer needs, require collaboration between the departments of the company, with an ecosystem of partners and with the end customer in an interactive way. Collaboration improves organizational agility to respond more effectively to new opportunities and makes the organization fit for the future. On the other hand, collaboration involves change, both organizational and cultural, to harness the full potential that the digital era has to offer. It requires companies to think, communicate, act differently, and share to position themselves for competitive advantage in the digital era.
